Hensley, 19, of Sevierville, died early Tuesday at UT Medical Center after drowning in the Little Pigeon River off Red Bank Road Monday evening, according to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals. Witnesses at the scene stated that Hensley was swimming at the "Shinbone" swimming hole with friends and the victim went under and then resurfaced down river a short time later and was found to be unresponsive.
