    Prosecutors said the charge arose from the sexual assault of a toddler on March 7 and again on March 11. According to his plea agreement, Carr moved in with a family on March 6 to provide daycare for the couple's young children. The next day, while the parents were at work and Carr was alone with the children, he produced six photos and a video of himself engaging in sexually explicit conduct with the couple's young daughter.
