According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, 36-year-old Anthony L. Davis was seen by employees of Tops taking merchandise and then passing cash registers or other "points of sale" with no attempt to pay for them. Davis has been charged with petit larceny and was held at Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 bail. Comment?
