    Marshawn D. Cole, 26, of 156 E. Maryland Ave., was arrested at 1:13 p.m. in the 100 block of East Maryland Avenue on a warrant charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Cole's arrest was the result of an incident on Aug. 15, 2017 when during a traffic stop where Cole was a passenger, police found him to be in possession of three white capsules containing a white crystallized substance that was sent to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations for testing.
