    A traffic stop on a car with what appeared to be an illegally tinted window led to an arrest of a man on drug charges, according to a report released Wednesday. Dwight Cleon Hankerson Sr., 43, 101 Lee Ave., Sebring, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug equipment.

The report said that after the owner reported the theft on Monday, and as investigators headed to the scene, a description of the stolen enclosed trailer was provided to deputies stationed in south Highlands County.
