Peter Schulte , a 69-year-old white male, is a level 3 registered sex offender who has recently moved to the 2700 block of California Ave SW in Seattle and is no longer under Department of Corrections supervision.

Quick recap, if you've lost track: HALA MHA proposes upzoning the city's urban villages - West Seattle has four - and commercial/multifamily property, while requiring developers to either provide a certain percentage of "affordable" housing in each project, or pay a fee into a fund that will pay for it elsewhere.

The race starts from 61st/Alki just after 9 am; the closure starts sooner, and usually lasts past 11 am.
