    Pepper spray carjacking On Nov. 17 police were dispatched around 1:30 a.m. to the scene of a carjacking that had occurred a couple of hours prior on the 6500 block of Sylvan WY S.W. The victim was waiting for the officers on the sidewalk near the scene of the crime. The victim, a 29 year old male, explained to the officers that he had met up with a 21-year-old female who he only knows by her street name when she pepper sprayed him in the face.
