    Protesters obtained a march permit to go from 23rd and Union to the federal courthouse downtown beginning at 11:30 a.m. Another march reportedly was going from Roosevelt High School to the University of Washington. While Ferguson burned, about 200 protestors in Seattle took to the streets in what was a mostly peaceful, albeit noisy night of demonstrations.
