Parking data collected along Broadway and Pike/Pine business corridors show that in the Capitol Hill project area, streets with paid parking were almost 100% full between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. To improve access for visitors during these late-night hours, we'll extend paid parking hours to end at 11 p.m., compared to 8 p.m. like they do today.
