Back in September, we mentioned two items in County Executive Dow Constantine 's original proposal, so here's an update on how those fared: The first was a plan to cut the KC Sheriff's Office Air Support Unit , which would have meant no more helicopter availability for Seattle Police as well as other agencies assisted by the KCSO helicopters.
