    Local resident Angela McCabe and her 9-year-old son Zane are requesting permission from the Scottville City Commission to keep three chickens and two ducks in a fenced-in area behind their home at 110 Crowley St. The chickens and ducks will be kept as pets and used for their eggs, Angela McCabe explained in a letter to Scottville City Hall on March 23.
