    SOMERVILLE - A Scotch Plains man has been indicted on charges stemming from two bank robberies that took place in Somerset County on Dec. 20, according to an affidavit filed in Somerset County Superior Court. Miller was indicted on two counts of first-degree robbery for allegedly holding up a TD Bank located in Bridgewater and hours later allegedly robbing a TD Bank in Green Brook on Dec. 20. He was also indicted on a third-degree receiving stolen property charge, a 2011 BMW 328, which was reportedly linked to both robberies.
