    Rescue crews are at work at the scene of a fatal crash between a tractor-trailer and a car about 8:30 Wednesday night at Rexmont and Schaeffer roads in South Lebanon Township. The Lebanon County coroner said the male driver of the car was killed, and the female passenger was transported to the Hershey Medical Center.

    A car driven by Marjorie Gehman, 33, of 117 Greble Road, Jackson Township, pulled out from a stop sign on North Eighth Avenue in North Lebanon Township and collided with a pickup truck driven by Mark Hammaker, 57, of 201 Irene Drive, Swatara Township, that was traveling east on Weavertown Road at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Gehman's car then struck a car driven by Seth Daubert, 19, of 12 Southfield Road, South Lebanon Township, that was stopped on North Eighth Avenue.

    State police at the casino said they arrested Rufus Lamar Chapman, 46, of Apopka, Fla., after it was discovered that he entered multiple vehicles parked at the facility between 10:03 p.m. and 10:09 p.m. on Dec. 12. Police said Chapman removed various electronic equipment, including a Garman GPS unit, cell phone chargers and auxiliary wires. A woman's purse also was removed from her vehicle by Chapman, police said.
