The Lebanon County coroner said the male driver of the car was killed, and the female passenger was transported to the Hershey Medical Center.

Police said Chapman removed various electronic equipment, including a Garman GPS unit, cell phone chargers and auxiliary wires. A woman's purse also was removed from her vehicle by Chapman, police said.
