    A 21-year-old man was arrested Saturday evening after he crashed into a parked car on Southwest Maple Street in Scappoose. According to the Scappoose Police Department, Guy Galloway, 21, of Scappoose, was driving a silver 2014 Honda Accord crashed into a late model pickup truck along Southwest Maple Street near Southwest 3rd Street just before 8:40 p.m. Saturday, April 22. The Honda was overturned and came to rest on the driver side after the crash.

The DEQ reports Pedro Alex Lopez, who operates A&S Septic Tank Service, was fined $4,650 for "failing to surrender his revoked sewage disposal services license and not providing evidence to DEQ that he had removed DEQ-issued labels from disposal equipment."
