    A Nevada man jailed in the November death of a Sayre man was hospitalized Wednesday with life-threatening injuries after being beaten by a fellow inmate, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported. Russell Dumlao, 54, of Reno, was "severely physically assaulted" at the Beckham County jail by another inmate and taken to an Oklahoma City hospital, according to a news release.

    A special agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested Russell Dunlap, 34, of Reno, on complaints of first-degree murder, first-degree arson, kidnapping and felon in possession of a firearm. OSBI officials said in a news release that Dunlap remains in an Elk City hospital under guard.
