I read in the Foster's this morning that Jerry DeLemus is pleading guilty on many accounts, on a plea bargain. If the Federal Constitution at Art I Sec 8 Clause 17 says that the Federal Government only has jurisdiction over the 10 square miles of DC and property with the consent of the legislature in the state there-in for forts, magazines, arsenals, and dock yards how then do they prosecute those who aided Bundy and the ranchers in Oregon and Nevada on land that was bought by these ranchers? It is simple, see Padelford & Faye v the Alderman and Mayor of Savannah Georgia 1854. Comment?
