    Patrick Mumford was arrested in February when officers mistakenly ID'd him as another black man for whom they had a warrant Mumford's attorney released an edited version of the incident Thursday, showing the events leading up to Mumford being tased twice The Savannah police department said the edited video omitted "significant" details and was meant to "mislead and inflame the public against the officers involved" Police officers were looking to arrest Michael Clayton, who had a warrant out for his arrest. They found Patrick Mumford and, believing he was Clayton, ended up tasing and arrested him.

    An Amtrak train struck a piece of construction equipment just south of Philadelphia on Sunday causing a derailment, and dozens of injuries are being reported, according to authorities. Train 89 was heading from New York to Savannah, Georgia, when it hit a backhoe that was on the track in Chester, about 15 miles outside of Philadelphia, officials said.
