According to Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson, investigators from his department assisted Ocean Springs and D'Iberville police in the capture of Brittnei Michelle Farmer, who is charged with robbing the Hancock Bank on U.S. 90 in Ocean Springs. A 34-year-old Saucier woman has been charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult after reportedly stealing more than $7,000 from an elderly woman. The victim's family members told investigators Taylor had embezzled over $7,000 using their mother's credit card and bank account information while Taylor was employed as a caregiver. Comment?
A 38-year-old man now residing in Kentucky has been charged with two counts of sexual battery stemming from the sexual assault of a family member in Saucier. Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson said Friday Steve Granger IV of Milton, Ky., was arrested Thursday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a family member beginning in 2012 when the girl was 10 years of age and Granger was living in Saucier. Zander Saucier, the 3-year-old severely injured earlier this week, allegedly by his father, is expected to make a full recovery, according to the family.
