The town wants to build a 9,300-square-foot store proposed at the intersection of Route 3 and county Route 75 in the town, across from Pennock's Ice Cream on Route 3. Now that the site plan has been approved, the board's chairwoman, Yvonne M. Podvin, said construction should begin soon.
