    A well-known Sanibel artist is suing Lee County over a Volkswagen Beetle, also known as the " Shell Love Bug ." Pam Rambo designed the car, but Lee County bought the car in 2016 for about $7,500 to be used on National Seashell Day, a registered trademark owned by Lee County.
