"The drugs were destined to be resold in York County and in greater Brunswick," Stephen McCausland, the spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety, said in a news release on Wednesday afternoon. Agents of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested Nathan Frechette, 39, of Sanford, Yarlin Garcia, 24, and Pedro Igyedi, 21, both of Lowell, Massachusetts, and Luis Rosario-Diaz, 21, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, and charged all four with aggravated trafficking in a scheduled drug - cocaine, a Class A crime.

WCSH-TV reports that police believe Lear was on foot when the dog picked up a scent in Sanford and that she later got into a vehicle on Route 4. Police believe the Sanford woman made several stops in New Hampshire.
