    Central Precinct officers found an injured pedestrian lying on the ground on Northeast Sandy Boulevard at 20th Avenue around 10:33 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25. At the time, his injuries were believed to be serious but non-life-threatening. The man passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at a local hospital, according to a news release.
