    SANDUSKY A motorist was more than three times the legal limit for alcohol when he crashes his car into a Highway Patrol post Troopers with the Sandusky post of the state Highway Patrol investigated the serious injury traffic crash involving a car that crashed into their patrol post at 9:07 p.m. April 12. Dakota Clouse, 24, Oxbo Road in Castalia, has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to control, driving without a valid license and failure to wear a safety belt. On Friday, troopers announced the results of the patrol's crime lab testing: Clouse's blood-alcohol content was .273 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit of .08 percent for drivers in Ohio.
