    A Field Poll indicated that up to 60 percent of state voters now vote by mail, and one-third to one-half of those residents will wait until today to turn in their ballots. The problem is that registrar of voters throughout the state do not have the ability to tally those ballots today, and so will have to count them later this week - or perhaps this weekend.
