    Fatigue appears to have played a role in a crash that killed two people in South San Jose yesterday morning, as a Greyhound Bus from Los Angeles they were riding in overturned on northbound Highway 101 at Highway 85. San Jose Fire Department Captain Christopher Salcido tells KLIV responding fire crews found the bus resting on the median on its right side. He says first responders got to work right away making sure the bus was secure: While no exact cause of the crash has been determined, officials are looking into reports that the driver - who stopped in both Avenal and Gilroy for coffee and breaks - may have been fatigued.
