That means that less than three months since releasing Visual Studio 2015 Release Candidate , Microsoft will deliver the next version of Visual Studio for developers. Microsoft released Visual Studio 2015 RC on April 29 at its Build 2015 developer conference in San Francisco.

Development giants SKS Investments and Pacific Eagle Holdings just filed a preliminary proposal for the 380-story tower to replace two existing two-story buildings between 547 and 557 Howard St. The proposed building would include 127 residential units and 223 hotel rooms.

    Earlier today, the SF Planning Commission heard an appeal filed by Californians United for a Responsible Budget which challenged the environmental report put out by the SF Planning Department regarding the proposed construction of a jail at 855 Bryant St. as insufficient. A central concern for opponents of the jail is that the planners of the project did not seriously assess the high likelihood of displacing people in 14 Single Resident Occupancy units living at 480-484 Sixth St. The Planning Commission ultimately upheld the original report prepared by the Planning Department.
