    A gas line that leaked after being struck by a vehicle in San Francisco's Outer Richmond neighborhood this afternoon has been secured, according to fire department officials. San Francisco fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said PG&E crews have secured a gas line at a residence on Cabrillo Street between 41st and 42nd avenues that was struck by a vehicle at 12:11 p.m. After the driver of the vehicle struck the building and gas line, emergency crews responded to the scene and evacuated the building, fire officials said.
