The Utah police department is making changes after the officer dragged Wubbels out of the hospital in handcuffs when she refused to allow blood to be drawn from an unconscious patient.

    A Utah nurse who was handcuffed and dragged from her job after she refused to allow a blood draw on an unconscious patient says she's accepting apologies from the Salt Lake City mayor and police chief. Wubbels says the outpouring of support she's received since releasing dramatic video of the exchange was beyond what she could have imagined.

    Delta Air Lines added to Reagan National Airport's short list of nonstop flights to the West Coast Monday, with daily service to Los Angeles International Airport. Delta will use Boeing 757 planes on the route, and says it is the only airline to offer full flatbed seats in first class on the DCA to LAX route.
