    Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, has agreed to pay $25.95 million to settle a civil prosecution that alleged the company was illegally dumping hazardous waste as well as records displaying clients' private information. Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley, whose office worked with the Office of the California Attorney General on the prosecution, said the proposed settlement has to be approved by an Alameda County judge before it's official.
