According to detectives, 73-year-old Jerry Gardner was last seen at his residence located at 19 Harbor Lake Circle in Safety Harbor on Wednesday morning between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Mr. Gardner is described as a white male, 5'8" tall, weighing 200 pounds.

In both cases, the female victims told deputies the suspect, Jacob Lawrence Morris, 19, jumped out of his black 2003 Toyota Tundra, exposed himself, and began to perform a sexual act on himself.
