Rounseville, 42, of 119 Laguardia Place, Sackets Harbor, was charged by city police with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in connection with an incident at 4:06 p.m. May 26 at Northern Credit Union, 120 Factory St. Police said she forged and cashed two checks belonging to Tyler C. St. Pierre, Calcium. She allegedly stole $1,971 from the credit union by cashing the checks.
