    A Watertown florist has been charged with nine felony counts after he allegedly failed to remit thousands of dollars in sales tax, the State Department of Taxation and Finance announced Tuesday. Kevin R. Kitto, 55, of 816 Brady Road, Sackets Harbor, was charged with one count of grand larceny and eight counts of criminal tax fraud.
