    About 1 p.m., the private plow driver suffered elbow pain and other minor injuries after crashing into another vehicle near North Ridge Street and Ridge Boulevard, according to Rye Brook Police Chief Gregory Austin. Because of the snow and ice-covered roads, the private plow slid across the double yellow line and struck another vehicle which was traveling in the opposite direction, Austin said.
