Police there report a 2010 Chevy Equinox driven by Candace Bradford, 58, of Wapakoneta was eastbound on 33 and struck a 1997 Ford F150 driven by Selita Ford, 42, of 245 Grove Ave., Lakeview that was westbound on 33. Police say the truck driven by Ford had entered the left turn lane and reportedly turned into the path of the car driven by Bradford.
