    Washington Township Police Chief Rick Core reported there was a two-vehicle injury accident Thursday afternoon at 3:07 p.m. A vehicle driven by 73-year old Phyllis Law, 8984 Walnut Street, Huntsville, was stationary in the west lane, waiting to turn onto TR 94. A vehicle driven by Mark Patrick, 62, of 105 Buckeye Street, Belle Center, traveling west on 366 failed to stop and struck Law's vehicle in rear. Law had to be removed from her vehicle by the Indian Joint Fire District.

The village's solicitor reviewed the situation and reported back that going on the trip would be in violation of Ohio's Ethic Laws.
