An accident Friday afternoon that injured an Emergency Medical Services employee outside a King's Daughters Hospital ambulance, resulted in charges against a passenger in the vehicle that hit the ambulance. Sydney Mikesell, the passenger in the pickup truck, was arrested after police found syringes in her purse.
