    Members of an alleged identity theft gang who led police on a chase on I-76 Tuesday were arraigned Wednesday and are being held at Chester County Prison, police said. Five men and two women face charges that include aggravated assault of a police officer, fleeing from police, identity theft, receiving stolen property and related offenses.

    Kevin Rebbie, 56, of Royersford, pleaded guilty to 19 counts of manufacturing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. A Montgomery County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges he filmed boys and girls in his bathroom as they undressed, showered and used the toilet.

    A former state police firearms instructor was sentenced to two weeks in jail for the shooting death of a rookie trooper during a training exercise in Montgomery County last fall. Richard Schroeter, 43, will also face three to 18 months of house arrest for fatal shooting of Trooper David Kedra.
