    At 9:35 p.m. on Dec. 18 someone notified a police officer on duty that two people were allegedly looking into cars and upon investigation, police found Arthur A. Templeton, 22, of South Street in Roxbury, and Steven Gustafson, 22, in a vehicle in a North Main Street parking lot, the Republican-American reports. Police allegedly found heroin inside the car and Gustafson was cited for marijuana possession while Templeton is charged with possession of narcotics.
