The New Mexico Department Game and Fish were completing an aerial survey Thursday when Talbert's vehicle was discovered in the rural area near the Pecos River.

According to the Roswell Police Department, 84-year-old Frankie Patrick Bowen, who police said suffers from dementia, was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. at his residence in the 300 block of Sherrill Lane.
