    The two people killed in the Ross Township crash discovered Saturday afternoon have been identified as driver Howard Brown, 47, of Saylorsburg, and passenger Tara Hallingse, 39, of Lebanon, N.J., said state police. The crash was reported at 4:44 p.m. Saturday when a Chevy Silverado was discovered partially submerged on its roof in a watery area down an embankment off Kunkletown Road.

    Two people were pronounced dead at the scene of a crash reported at 4:44 p.m. Saturday in Ross Township, though it's unknown what time the crash actually happened prior to being reported, said Monroe County Coroner Bob Allen. A Chevy Silverado came off Old Route 115 onto Kunkletown Road, where it then went off the road, down an embankment and landed partially submerged on its roof in a watery area.

    Allen Orlick, 36, of Kunkletown, has been sentenced to three years to six years and two months in state prison, to be followed by two years of probation, after pleading guilty to stalking and aggravated assault in separate February 2015 incidents involving the same victim in Polk and Chestnuthill townships, said the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. Orlick has been sentenced to an additional two to four years in state prison after pleading guilty to being the driver of a vehicle involved in a February 2015 home invasion/robbery in Ross Township.
