    A gun battle broke out in Roslindale just before 5 p.m. Tuesday as Boston and State Police conducted a gun trafficking interdiction operation, according to a State Police spokesman. One person was arrested, police said, and officers were still seeking a second suspect at about 6:20 p.m. Procopio said it was unclear how many shots were fired by the suspects or the officers, who were part of a joint Boston and State Police investigation.
