    A young man with health issues hasn't been seen since late November and is considered missing, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said. Kyle Richard Dinneen, 25, was last seen leaving his mother's home on North Umpqua Highway on November 28. Dinneen suffers from both mental health and medical issues and is believed to be without his medications, the sheriff's office said.
