The specific charge is human trafficking of a minor for commercial sexual activity, which is a felony carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years. In return for his plea, the Muskegon County Prosecutor's office agreed to a sentence of seven years and to dismiss two other cases against Hodges for marijuana and methamphetamine possession and writing bad checks.
