Leading by 32 points at one point in the second half, Geneva eased to a 66-40 win against Rolling Meadows in a Class 4A sectional championship game at Glenbard West Feb. 23. It was the third sectional title in the last four seasons and sixth overall for Geneva, which faces Maine West in the Addison Trail supersectional at 7 p.m. Feb. 27. A win there would send the Vikings to the state finals for the third time, all since the 2008-09 season.
