    An ice jam clotted under the Detroit Road bridge Wednesday morning, but water continues to flow underneath the frozen surface. That means the community may dodge the damage that comes when water pressure builds and forces the ice jam to break, Rocky River Police Chief Kelly Stillman said.

Radcliffe was one of three finalists on Spike TV's furniture building competition show, which chose Jory Brigham of San Luis Obispo, California as the winner in its last episode on Tuesday night.
