    According to ABC 7 News , dozens of dogs were rescued from a home in Rockville, Maryland, on January 1. On Friday evening, a total of 66 dogs were rescued by officials with the Montgomery County Police Department's Animal Service Division. Local authorities obtained a search warrant for the property after visiting the residence on Glen Mill Road to investigate a dog bite - during the dog bite investigation, officials noticed that there were a large number of dogs on the premises, and they attempted to discuss the situation with the resident, who was described as "uncooperative."
