    A Scotland County woman and three Richmond County teenagers are facing attempted murder charges in connection to a Monday afternoon incident. According to a press release from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a call of shots fired on Safie Second Street in East Rockingham, where they found two individuals - one being a 9-year-old - who said they had been shot at while sitting at a picnic table in their yard.
