    A Rockford man is facing several charges, including DUI, after reportedly hitting another vehicle Tuesday night, fleeing the scene and stopping at a convenience store for beer. Richard Houston Magness, 58, Hickman Road, was arrested by Alcoa officers, however started complaining of chest pains and was transported by ambulance to Blount Memorial Hospital, according to a police report.
