    Marlene Lynch, 54, of Harvard, was pronounced dead Friday at 11:40 p.m. at Rockford Hospital, Winnebago County authorities said, Harvard Police responded to the 300 block of South Division Street in Harvard Thursday and found Lynch unresponsive but breathing. She had facial injuries, according to a news release from the Harvard Police Department.

The Ogle County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that deputies found 80-year-old Sumire Negishi's body and the couple's car Tuesday at Orchard Hills Landfill outside Rockford shortly after they found 82-year-old Ei-ichi Negishi walking nearby.
