    PARIS TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash which happened about 8:28 a.m. today on State Route 183 in Stark County, Megan K. Dicko, 29, of East Rochester, Ohio, was driving a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina, northbound on State Route 183, while Joe W. Mardis, 72, of Minerva, Ohio, was driving a 1996 Ford Explorer southbound on State Route 183, according to the report. Dicko's Lumina went sideways and left of center and the right side of her vehicle struck the front of Mardis' vehicle, in the southbound lane.
